1. Information We Collect

1.1. Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Better Auth). If you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, we also collect business account details.

1.2. Instagram Data (via Meta Graph API)

When you connect your Instagram account, we may access:

• Basic profile information: username, account ID, profile picture, bio, follower count
• Media data: posts, captions, media URLs, engagement statistics (likes, comments, reach, impressions)
• Comments and replies for moderation, analytics, and auto-reply features
• Messages (DMs) for CRM and automation features, only if you grant explicit permission
• Mentions and tags to enable automatic replies or engagement tracking

We only access data explicitly authorized by you during the Instagram login and permission flow.

1.3. Usage Data

We collect non-personal data such as IP address, browser type, device information, interaction data within our app, and error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide core application features including comment management, CRM, and analytics
• Display and analyze Instagram insights and engagement metrics
• Enable automation features (auto replies, keyword flows, story mention responses)
• Improve our services and troubleshoot technical issues
• Send essential notifications or updates

We never sell, rent, or share your Instagram data with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using encrypted databases (PostgreSQL with Supabase). Instagram access tokens are encrypted and refreshed securely. All communication uses HTTPS, and only authorized personnel can access production data.

If your account is deleted or disconnected, we revoke API access and delete associated Instagram data within 30 days.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with:

• Meta (Instagram Graph API)
• Supabase (secure media storage)
• Better Auth (authentication)

We ensure all services comply with GDPR and CCPA standards.

6. User Control and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Revoke permissions anytime via Meta Account Settings

• Disconnect your Instagram account via your dashboard

We confirm deletion requests and remove associated data from our systems.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not directed at individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data, it will be deleted immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will appear on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
